The meeting will open with a talk on the new Local Plan for Southend by Mark Sheppard of Southend City Council's Planning Department. This will be followed by a short presentation by Suez on the practicalities of the new waste collection arrangements that will be put in place from the autumn.
After a short refreshment break, the second part of the meeting will update residents on the latest developments affecting the ward, as well as offering the chance to raise matters of local concern and to question our ward councillors, who attend on a regular basis.
